Good Morning: Just finished re-reading you most recent mailing on the above case for
increase of rates and charges in the State of Idaho. Wish to extend my sincere appreciation
for all the attention and research regarding this rate charge.
Personally, am not most astute in mentally digesting matters of the hearings but feel the
Company did make some very good concessions. Especially the one of level pay over a 12 month
period. It is an extremely difficult economic time, for those out of work who cannot pay
their bills, for the houses that have gone into forclosure and left unpaid bills and for all
those on fixed incomes.
The one question I would like answered is: have the Corporate Staff had their incomes fixed
without raises until the economy becomes healthy once again. One of my Sons and one
daughter, being in this type of employment, have had their incomes fixed for over a year now
