I just wanted to express my desire for a flat rate billing system for our water utility.
This is an option with other utility companies and when I called United Water to ask about
using it, they said that it was not available and that I could inform you of my desire as
there was an evaluation taking place to determine whether this could be offered. I think
that it is a very helpful tool in monthly budgeting and would be a great service to take
advantage of. I hope that I have the option of taking part in a flat rate billing schedule
as soon as it becomes available. Thank You. Justin Earl
