I would like to know why the United water can i t give their customers the choice of having
equal payor not when paying their water bill. I would much rather pay a certain amount every
month instead of having the extra large water bill during the summer especially since I have
to pay the irrigation fee and can i t use that water. I have to use clean city water and pay
