Dear PUC Representative.
Please make it possible for United Water to have a level payor budget pay plan. The change
would allow the amount of my monthly fbi -monthly bill to be the same amount each bill. This
would help in my budgeting, and allow easier bill maintenance. I i m sure it would affect many

I do sympathize with your ongoing need of infrastructure updates. However, like many
Seniors, on fixed incomes and many of us returning to work, part time at entry level pay to
keep our homes, pay our utilities and just survive; it is becoming increasingly difficult to
continue with the rising costs, no matter how small, of every aspect of our daily living. It
would seem to keep residential customers in their homes, paying regularly, would be cost
effective over a long period of time.
