Please describe your comment briefly:
Whereas United Water has sustatined sbustancial revenue from the existing water
infrustructure and, Whereas United Water proj ects to rna ke additional revenue from investments
and improvements it has made to the Boise water system.
It seems appropirate to beleive that these are costs of business that should be absorbed
through United Water 's $3ØØ, øøø, øøø. øø in revenue.
It would also seem appropriate to believe that a yearly average should be charged to rate
payers for operational increases. Therefore, a more appropriate increase would be along a %
increase, especially considering these difficult times with so many Idahoans unemployed, and
so many more under-employed.
