Please find this letter in response to the Danskin-Saddle Ridge Water System Purchase Agreement between the
City of Kuna and United Water Idaho recently submitted to the Idaho Public Utility Commission. The City of
Kuna is in agreement with and in support of the conditions outlined in the filing and is anxious to finalize the
purchase process before year-end. Additional water rights and water supply provided by the System is critical in
enabling the City of Kuna to meet the demands of growth. The City of Kuna appreciates any efforts made by the
Commission to expedite the timely resolution of this filing.
