Dear Ms. Jewell:
Ths is to advise the Commssion that the sale of the Danski-Saddle Ridge noncontiguous water
system to the City of Kuna was closed on January 11, 2008 and that the transaction is fully
completed.
As required by Order No. 30481, I am attachig a closing confirmation letter between the partes
acknowledgig completion of the closing.
As also required by Order No. 30481, I am attaching the Forty Third Amendment to United Water's
Certcate of Public Convenience and Necessity which removes the system from United Water's
certicated area.
Finaly, as required by Order No. 30481, I am attachig a schedule of United Water's proposed
accountig entres to account for the sale proceeds and to remove al effects of the sale from United
Water's regulated expenses and rate base.
Please advise if there are questions or if more inormation is required.

. Executed Withdrawal of City's protest to United Water's pendig IMAP Application at
IDWR.
On today's date, United Water wi read customer's meters for the purpose preparg final bils and wi
provide meter readig inormation along with the customer inormtion lit to the City with a few
days of closing.
On today's date, representatives of United Water and the City wi meet to arange removal of locks and
IT equipment from wel lot facilties.
The City and United Water have notied the Idaho Department of Envionmental Qualty of the
tranfer and wi cooperate to provide such furter inormation as may be required by DEQ.
