United Water is saying it wants to bill monthly now? We already pay a customer charge for
the bi-monthly billing. Personally, I was hoping we could go to every 3 months and reduce
the customer charge instead of paying these monthly charges each month (like Idaho Power
or Int Gas) or two months ... it's just a fee that we shouldn t have to pay every month
especially for small bills like United Water.
