All developers , Suncor/Avimor included, should be required to pay ALL water infrastructureexpenses for their proj ects. This proj ect is not in the best interest of the community
and current UWC ratepayers, since in the end , Avimor will be reimbursed by UWC for all
except the $1.7 million for their Phase 1. The remaining $6.3 million will be paid by UWCratepayers! Developers must be required to demonstrate that adequate water supplies and
infrastructure are available *without additional cost to current ratepayers*
