NOTICE OF HEARING
FOR ORAL ARGUMENT
On January 10, 2007, United Water Idaho Inc. filed an Application requesting
approval of an amendment to its Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity and of a
Special Facilities Agreement with Avimor LLC. United Water signed an agreement with
A vimor to provide water to a subdivision development located north of Boise. The area of
development currently is not within the certificated area of any water company.
On February 14, 2007, the Commission issued a Notice of Application and Notice of
Modified Procedure to process the Application and establish deadlines for filing written
comments. The Commission also granted a Petition to Intervene filed by A vimor and A vimor' s
Motion for an extension to the time for filing reply comments. Initial comments were filed by
the Commission Staff and the City of Eagle; reply comments were filed by Avimor and United
Water.
By letter dated February 7, 2007, United Water requested an opportunity to present
an oral argument in addition to its filed comments. Also, on April 20, 2007, United Water filed
an objection to the City of Eagle s comments. The Commission will convene a hearing for oral
argument as requested by United Water, and to consider United Water s objection to the City of
Eagle s comments.

YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that all proceedings in this case will be held
pursuant to the Commission s jurisdiction under Title 61 of the Idaho Code and that the
Commission may enter any final Order consistent with its authority under Title 61.
YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that all proceedings in this matter will be
conducted pursuant to the Commission s Rules of Procedure, IDAP A 31.01.01.000 et seq.
YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that all hearings in this matter will be held in
facilities meeting the accessibility requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
Persons needing the help of a sign language interpreter or other assistance in order to participate
in or to understand testimony and argument at a public hearing may ask the Commission to
provide a sign language interpreter or other assistance at the hearing. The request for assistance
must be received at least five (5) working days before the hearing by contacting the Commission
