On March 21 , 2007, A vimor LLC filed a Petition to Intervene, a Motion Requesting
Leave to File Reply Comments and an Extension of Time to File Reply Comments in Case No.
UWI-07-01. Avimor is a party to the contract with United Water to provide water to a
subdivision development located north of Boise. The Commission on February 14 2007, issued
a Notice of Application and Notice of Modified Procedure providing for the filing of comments.
The Notice allowed reply comments to be filed by March 30 2007.
A vimor in its Motion requests an extension to the time to file reply comments to
April 13 2007.
FINDINGS OF FACT
A vimor LLC petitioned to intervene in this case on March 21 , 2007, pursuant to
Rules of Procedure 71 through 75 of the Idaho Public Utilities Commission, IDAP
31.01.01.071-075.
We find that no party timely opposed this Petition to Intervene.
We further find that based on the pleadings and other documents filed in this case
intervention by this party would serve the purposes of intervention as described by Rule 74 of the
Rules of Procedure and should be granted.
We find that granting Avimor s Motion to File Reply Comments is appropriate in
order to improve the record in this case and assist the Commission in its deliberations.
ORDER
IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED that the Petition to Intervene filed by Avimor LLC
is hereby granted.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that all parties in this proceeding serve all papers
hereafter filed in this matter on all parties of record. This Intervenor is represented by the
