With all the new connections, i would think that would help cover some of the costs. the new connections should have been absorbed by the price of the new home sold or the contractors. I am opposed to this increase. i justdont feel it is justified. thank you Transaction 10: 214822. They have added 79.000 customers in 5years. If their infrastructure costs are high, it sounds like poor planning on the company s part. I can see a increase in operating and maintenance costs, but 18%is awful lot for customers topay. As a public utility, they have a set rate of return. They are making money. They do not need to get greedy. If this passed, it would give them a 26.8 %increase in one year.
