The Company has received and is preparing Answers to Staffs Audit Requests datedAprilll2006. This letter seeks clarification of certain requests, as outlined below.
Requests numbers 90 and 91 each begin with the phrase

While on-site in New Jersey, itwas mentioned...." In order to prepare a response, it would be helpful for us to know the
identity of the person to whom these statements are attributed, along with the approximate timeand date of the conversations.
Upon receipt of this information, the Company will follow-up with the appropriate
persons at the New Jersey office to respond to these questions.
