OF UNITED WATER IDAHO INc. FOR
AUTHORITY TO INCREASE ITS RATES
AND CHARGES FOR WATER SERVICE IN
THE STATE OF IDAHO MINUTE ENTRY
CASE NO. UWI-O6-
On July 24, 2006, the Commission issued Order No. 30104 in this proceeding and
authorized United Water Idaho to increase its rates and charges for water service by about
10.98%. On July 26, 2006, United Water filed revised tariffs to implement the increases
authorized by the Commission s Order.
Based upon Staffs review, we find that the filed tariffs are in compliance with the
rate increases authorized in Order No. 30104. These new rates will be effective for service
rendered on and after August I , 2006.
