MOTION TO APPROVE
UNCONTESTED EXPANSIONS

COMES NOW United Water Idaho Inc.
, ("
United Water " the "Company ) and moves
the Commission for an order approving amendments to United Water s certificate of public
convenience and necessity that are not opposed or contested in this proceeding, and in support
thereof respectfully shows as follows, to wit:
On October 21 2005 United Water filed an Application with the Commission seeking
to add seven (7) areas it its certificated service territory.
On November 8 , 2005 the Commission issued its Notice of Application and Notice of
Modified Procedure establishing December 6, 2005 as a comment deadline.
Timely Comments or Protests were filed by the Commission Staff and the City of
Meridian.
Based on the filings of record, it appears that no party opposes the proposed
expansions that are denominated in the Application as:
MOTION TO APPROVE UNCONTESTED EXPANSIONS - 1
A). Cloverdale Road;
B). Hidden Springs/Cartwright Ranch;
C). LDS Church at Linder Road;
D). Lexington Meadows Subdivision;
E). Iron Horse.
Because these expansions are not opposed, no person would be harmed by approving
those expansions expeditiously while issues with respect to contested expansions are resolved by
hearing or negotiation.
WHEREFORE United Water respectfully requests that the Commission issue a final
order approving the expansions above identified.
