RE:POTLATCH TELEPHONE COMPANY ("TDS") REVISING TARIFF
LANGUAGE TO REFLECT WAYS IN WHICH CUSTOMERS CAN PAY
THEIR BILLS AND/OR MAKE A DEPOSIT WITH THE COMPANY.
ADVICE NO. 06-06P.
BACKGROUND
On December 29 2006, Potlatch filed Advice No. 06-06P. The Company is seeking
Commission approval to incorporate revised language reflecting the Company s new ways in
which a customer can pay their bill and/or make a deposit with the Company.
The new language states that a customer s bill is due within 15 days of the postmark date
and may be paid to the Company or at any agency authorized by the Company to receive such
payments.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff has reviewed this tariff filing and finds that there is no financial impact on
consumers or the Company. Therefore, Staff recommends approval of the TDS filing with an
effective date of January 29 2007.
