COMES NOW, EAGLE WATER COMPANY ("Eagle Water ), and files the
following Addendum to its Rebuttal Comments regarding the Idaho Public Utilities
Commission s Proposed Order granting service of Covenant Hill Subdivision to United
Water of Idaho, Inc.
COMMENTS
Item No.4 of Eagle Water s Rebuttal Comments should be revised to
request "that the Commission delay a decision in this matter until November 28, 2005.
As previously stated, Eagle Water believes that it has sufficient fire flow
pressure and potable water supply to currently service Covenant Hill Subdivision
regardless of the l2-inch mainline system loop from its Well No.6 that it desires to
incorporate into the service ofthe subdivision. Nevertheless, in recognition of potential

Commission concerns that service of Covenant Hill Subdivision without said system loop
will have a negative impact on Eagle Water s ability to serve existing customers in
nearby subdivisions, Eagle Water will surrender the Covenant Hill portion of its service
area if it is unable to complete the system loop by April 1 , 2006.
