Comment=desc ipt on~-~~ is time to get back the control and ownership over one of our
most precious resources. The water belongs to boise and not a bunch of profiters
shareholders and a foreign company that already controls 30% of the U. S. fresh water. How
can we allow one of our most needed resources be jobbed out and have profit taken from it.
??We need to take back control and put the profits back into the water system and saveit's users some money.
Plus we need to flow Eagles approach to their water ideas and start making new
developments use the zero scaping rather than allow these new sub. on top of arid hills
tops put in grass that will required inordinate amount of fresh water. We need more
presurized water so we do not need to use processed water for yards and gardens!
