Below, please describe your question or comment briefly.
I would like to vehemently oppose United Water s 21.46% rate increase
request. The 'grow ing customer base' should pay for the need for
irrprovements caused by that grow tho There would appear to be little, if
any, justification to place the burden on existing customers. I already
am forced to curtail watering in the summer months because of the high
cost. If UWI is allowed to continue escalating rates, Boise w ill be full of
dead and dying yards, which doesn t present a very attractive picture
to visitors , or residents, for that rratter.
I live on a limited income, corrprised of Social Security and a ninirral
private pension, and I cannot afford this much of a rate increase.
