Comment description: I obj ect to such a huge rate increase to cover the cost of new
infrastructure as a result of new construction and development. That cost should be
passed on to the New customers or planning commissions allowing development in areas where
the cost of services diversely impacts customers in other service areas. The water quality
in my area has been dismal with weekly "Brown Water" episodes. United water needs to find
another source of funding for the New services or pass the construction to another water
company.
