:-"i-United Water is proposing an increase of22.35% for residential customers to raise
, $6 767 867. They have justified this increase with a 110 word paragraph. It equates to
$61 527 per word. If their proposed increase is justified it seems to me they would be
able to provide some logic rather then the "motherhood" statement they provided.
It seems to me their proposal should be denied solely on the lack of information they
have provided. Send them back to the drawing board with the direction that if they can
do a better job justifying the extreme increase, then it is obviously not warranted.
