On January 31 2005, the Commission issued a Notice of Hearing which scheduled a
technical hearing for May 18-2005. YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the May 18-
2005 evidentiary hearing has been rescheduled for May 24-2005.

YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the Commission will conduct a technical
hearing in this matter on TUESDAY, MAY 24, 2005, COMMENCING AT 9:30 A.M. AT
THE IDAHO PUBLIC UTILITIES COMMISSION, IN THE COMMISSION HEARING
ROOM, 472 WEST WASHINGTON STREET, BOISE, IDAHO (334-0330) AND
CONTINUING THROUGH THURSDAY, MAY 26, 2005
YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that the Commission will conduct a public
hearing in this matter on WEDNESDAY MAY 25, 2005, COMMENCING AT 7:00 P.M. IN
THE COMMISSION HEARING ROOM listed above. The purpose of this public hearing is
to gather public input on the proposed rate increase. Customers, local government leaders, and
other interested persons are encouraged to attend and testify at the public hearing.
YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that all workshops and hearings in this matter
will be held in facilities meeting the accessibility requirements of the Americans with
Disabilities Act (ADA). Persons needing the help of a sign language interpreter or other
assistance in order to participate in or to understand testimony and argument at a public hearing
may ask the Commission to provide a sign language interpreter or other assistance at the hearing.
The request for assistance must be received at least five (5) working days before the hearing by
contacting the Commission Secretary at:
