On January 31 , 2005, a Notice of SchedulinglNotice of Hearing was issued which
scheduled a public workshop regarding low-income customer assistance for February 15 , 2005 at
10:00 a.m. You are hereby notified that the February 15 2005 public workshop has been
rescheduled to February 23 2005.
NOTICE OF WORKSHOP
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that public workshop will convene on
WEDNESDAY" FEBRUARY 23" 2005 at 10:00 A.M. at the IDAHO PUBLIC UTILITIES
COMMISSION" COMMISSION HEARING ROOM" 472 WEST WASHINGTON
STREET" BOISE" IDAHO (334-0330),The purpose of the workshop is for United Water
interested parties, and Commission Staff to discuss and evaluate the need for, scope, and design
of a low-income customer assistance program for United Water s customers.
YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that all workshops and hearings in this matter
will be held in facilities meeting the accessibility requirements of the Americans with
Disabilities Act (ADA). Persons needing the help of a sign language interpreter or other
assistance in order to participate in or to understand testimony and argument at a public hearing
may ask the Commission to provide a sign language interpreter or other assistance at the hearing.
The request for assistance must be received at least five (5) working days before the hearing by
contacting the Commission Secretary at:
