Dear Ms. Jewell:
After the exhibits and testimonies were filed with the Commission in the above matter, it was
discovered that through inadvertence, two of the exhibits were numbered with the numeral 12. One of
these exhibits was associated with the testimony of Ms. Ahren, the other with the testimony of Mr.
Rhead.
To correct this error I am enclosing a Revised Exhibit 11 to accompany the testimony of Mr.
Rhead. Please withdraw Mr. Rhead's Exhibits 11 and 12 and substitute this revised exhibit in their
place. There is also a reference in Mr. Rhead's testimony to Exhibit 12, which will be corrected at the
time the testimony is presented at hearing.
