SUPPLEMENT TO APPLICATION
COMES NOW, United Water Idaho Inc.

United ) and submits the following
supplemental information with respect to the Application previously filed herein:
In paragraph VII of the Application United requested authorization to provide service to
Terra Grande customers pursuant to United's rules, regulations and tariffs.
As also stated in the Application, Terra Grande customers are currently un-metered and
United proposes to promptly install meters and thereafter provide service at rates contained in
United's Schedule No.!. However, there will be some period of transition until meters are
actually installed. During this transition period, United proposes to provide service pursuant to

its Schedule 1 E

Flat Rate Service." Then, at such time as each customer is moved to metered
service, Schedule No.1 would be applicable to that customer.
II.
Attached to the Application are Exhibits Number 2 (Agreement for Purchase and Sale)
and Exhibit Number 3 (Schedule of Tangible Personal Property). The Agreement for Purchase
and sale includes an Exhibit A, which is also a Schedule of Tangible personal property that
differs in some respects from Exhibit Number 2.
Exhibit Number 2 is the operative document. Exhibit A to the Purchase and Sale
Agreement was prepared earlier in the negotiation process and is superceded by Exhibit Number
, which was prepared after more complete information became available.
