Comment description: About 72 000 dollar cost to pay for level pay. I feel this is
business decision not justieable costs of providing water to customers and we should not
have to pay. If level pay is implemented the additional monies in United Water accounts

I am very much opposed to the water users 'level pay ' plan. It is simply a way for those
who waste enourmous amounts of water on unneeded lanscaping to be extended a form of
credi t. It will only make it less painful to waste water , and encourage more waste.

Comment description: We would like to keep the billing just as it is , except
summer rates , which we feel is too high. They are penalizing us for
wanting to have a nice yard and garden. I do not think it increases
their cost , but does encourage people to water more carefully. It
would be nice it they could lower it.

Comment description: The United Water stands to make money off this ability or recoup
more than usual , because with level pay, people can more easily afford the payment. So
reimbursing them to help collect payments is part of doing business or just don t do it.
Likewise many businesses add service for thier customers with no additional cost to
customer.
In my competi ti ve business I do it all the time.
