favor of United Water Idaho.
The Release serves to resolve disagreements which had arisen between Eagle Water and United
Water in connection with the Stipulation and Settlement Agreement dated June 18, 2002.
I do not believe any Commission action is necessary at this time with respect to the Release.

This Release is executed by Eagle Water Company, (Eagle Water) an Idaho Corporation
in favor of United Water Idaho Inc., an Idaho Corporation (United Water) this 7iJday of June
2004.
111 consideration of the payment of the sum of TWENTY THOUSAND DOLLARS
($20,000), receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, Eagle Water does hereby release and
forever discharge United Water and its afiiliatesl successors, agents, managers, directors,
trustees, parents predecessors, assigns, subsidiaries, representatives, partners, limited partners
officers, attorneys and employees from any and all accountings, actions, Inanner of actions,
causes of action, daimst den1ands, costs, damages, liabilities, losses, obligations, expenses
promises, and compensation of any nature whatsoever, in law and in equity, related to or arising
from that certain Stipulation and Settlement Agreement dated June 18,2002 in IPUC Case No.
UWI..O2-01 which Eagle Water had, now has, or claims to have, against United Water
whether or not known, suspectcd or alleged as of the date of this Release.
