Dear Mr. De Shazo:
This letter is to infonn you that United Water Idaho ("United") intends to cease
purchasing water from Eagle Water ("Eagle ) for service to Countryside Estates during
the morning of Friday April 18 2003. This is in accordance with Paragraph 2.e of the
Stipulation and Settlement Agreement dated June 17 2002 between United and Eagle.
United now has the physical capability to provide service from its own sources of supply.
To accomplish this change in service

United intends to read all meters in Countryside
Estates the morning of April 18, and then to immediately close the line valve which is
located in the 12-inch main on Ballantyne Road just south of Countryside Estates.
As contemplated in Paragraph l.g ofthe aforementioned Agreement, United requests that
Eagle close its western-most valve in the main line in State Highway 44 east of
Ballantyne, which currently provides water supply to Countryside Estates, at the same
time United closes its valve, but not before.
United intends to pay for all water consumption in Countryside Estates up to April 18.
We last read the meters on March 19 and will combine the billing from that read date and
the April 18th date to calculate the total billing due Eagle. We will make payment within
15 days from the April 18 reading date. Please let me know if this is acceptable.
