On August 2, 2001, the Idaho Public Utilities Commission issued Order No. 28810, in the above referenced case. The following correction should be made to that Order.

On Page 8, Conclusions of Law section, line 1 where it reads:
“The Idaho Public Utilities Commission has jurisdiction over United Idaho Inc., a . . .”

Should read:
“The Idaho Public Utilities Commission has jurisdiction over United Water Idaho Inc., a . . .”
