RE:IDAHO POWER TARIFF ADVICE ADDING CITY OF BLACKFOOT
FRANCHISE FEE; TARIFF ADVICE NO. 06-
On November 22, 2006, Idaho Power Company submitted a tariff advice to add the City
of Blackfoot to the list of cities for which it collects a franchise fee. The City imposed a
franchise fee of one percent (1 %) by ordinance No 2032. The Company submitted a copy of the
City of Blackfoot ordinance with its Application. The Company indicated that it would provide
a bill message to affected customers in the billing prior to the fee becoming effective. The
Company requested an effective date of December 22 2006.
STAFF-RECOMMENDATION:
Staff recommends the Commission accept this Tariff Advice for filing.
