ORDER NO. 28405

On February 2, 2000, United Water Idaho Inc. filed an Application with the Idaho Public Utilities Commission for authority to increase its rates and charges for water service. The overall increase in annual revenue requested is $3,057,100, an increase of 11.57%. The matter is presently scheduled for hearing in Boise beginning July 11, 2000.
On March 15, 2000, the Idaho Citizens Coalition was granted intervention and party status in Case No. UWI-W-00-01. Reference Order No. 28301. By letter request dated May 31, the Idaho Citizens Coalition now seeks to withdraw from the case.

COMMISSION FINDINGS
Rule 45 of the Commission’s Rules of Procedure requires that a party move the Commission in writing or at hearing to withdraw from a proceeding. The Commission has
received the request of the Idaho Citizens Coalition to withdraw. No party objects to the withdrawal. The Commission finds it reasonable to grant the request.

O R D E R
In consideration of the foregoing and as more particularly described above, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED and the Commission does hereby grant the request of the Idaho Citizens Coalition to withdraw as a formal party to Case No. UWI-W-00-01.
