UWIW001 NOTICE OF VACATED HEARING (Prehearing Conference) AMENDED NOTICE OF PREHEARING CONFERENCE ORDER NO. 28309 On February 2, 2000, United Water Idaho Inc. (United Water; Company) filed an Application with the Idaho Public Utilities Commission for authority to increase its rates and charges for water service. United Water serves approximately 65,000 residential and commercial customers within Ada and Canyon Counties, Idaho. The overall increase in annual revenue requested is $3,057,100, or an increase of 11.57% over current rates. A prehearing conference in UWI-W-00-1 was scheduled to be held in Boise, Idaho on March 14, 2000. The Commission was apprised late afternoon March 13, 2000, that counsel for United Water was out of state and would be unable to attend the prehearing conference. Counsel requested that the matter be rescheduled. YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that the prehearing conference in Case No. UWIW-00-1 previously scheduled for Tuesday, March 14, 2000, is cancelled. YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that a prehearing conference in Case No. UWIW001 for the purpose of reviewing case data, identifying issues and establishing further procedure is now scheduled for THURSDAY, MARCH 16, 2000 COMMENCING AT 11:00 A.M. IN THE COMMISSION HEARING ROOM, 472 WEST WASHINGTON STREET, BOISE, IDAHO (208) 334-0300. YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that all proceedings in this case will be held pursuant to the Commission’s jurisdiction under Title 61 of the Idaho Code and that the Commission may enter any final Order consistent with its authority under Title 61. All proceedings will be conducted pursuant to the Commission’s Rules of Procedure, IDAPA 31.01.01.000 et seq. YOU ARE FURTHER NOTIFIED that all hearings and prehearing conferences in this matter will be held in facilities meeting the accessibility requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act. In order to participate, understand testimony and argument at a public hearing, persons needing the help of a sign language interpreter or other assistance may ask the Commission to provide a sign language interpreter or other assistance as required under the Americans with Disabilities Act.
