Dear Ms. Jewell:
Xan Allen has called to my attention an er'rorin the numbering of amendments to United Water Idaho
Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity.
In April ofthis year, I transmitted toyou an amendment toconfonn with Order No. 30252 entered in
Case No. GNR-04-01. That amendment was labeled the 36th Amendment to the Certificate.
Upon further review, I find that the amendment to confonn with Order No. 30252 should have been
labeled the 39th Amendment to the Certificate.
Accordingly, I am enclosing a boundary descriptionidentical to that previously transmitted but correctly
labeled as the 39th Amendment.
Kindly substitute the enclosed in United Water s Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity.
