SUBJECT: IN THE MATTER OF TETON WATER & SEWER COMPANY’S
APPLICATION FOR RESERVE FUND DISTRIBUTION; CASE NO. TTS-
W-24-01.
On February 12, 2024, Teton Water & Sewer Company, LLC (“Company”) filed its 2023
Reserve Fund Usage Report (“Report”) seeking approval that it used reserve funds appropriately.
The Company states that the total cost of its 2023 reserve fund projects exceeded the available
funds in the Company’s reserve account and the balance of the invoices was paid using operating
funds.1 The Company requests that its Application be processed through Modified Procedure.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends that the Commission issue a Notice of Application and Notice of
Modified Procedure, establishing an April 3, 2024, public comment deadline, and an April 10,
2024, Company reply deadline.
COMMISSION DECISION
Does the Commission wish to issue a Notice of Application and Notice of Modified
Procedure, establishing an April 3, 2024, public comment deadline, and an April 10, 2024,
deadline for Company reply comments?

1 The total cost of the Company’s projects in 2023 was $36,407.64. The only projects covered by the reserve fund
were $5,375.00 for asphalt work at 45 Targhee Trail and $5,665.05 for work at 4 Blackfoot Trial. The remaining
project costs—$25,367.59—were paid from operating funds.
