Comment: "Teton Springs Sewer and Water is requesting an 88.44% increase in our water rates based on "In 2019, demand, specifically water demand, increased significantly over prior
years." This increased demand from new customers has also resulted in increased revenues. Projected construction of new homes will also add to revenues. Many residents are part time
and the lack of a functioning meter system makes it impossible to implement a use-based billing system. Thus, this increase along with the regular increase in sewer costs is
unreasonable in my view as a customer of the utility."
