Comment: "ID This company has proposed to double the water rates in Teton Springs. This creates a hardship for some of us who live here and suggests to me that poor planning was
involved. A one time fee for improvements may be acceptable or a reasonable increase but doubling the rate over night and in perpetuity is not acceptable and not equitable. "
