REVTXED APPLICATION - MARCH 23,2022
The Teton Water and Sewer Company, hereafter referred to as the "Company",
hereby move the Commission to withdraw its case for authority to increase its rates and
charges for water service in the State of Idaho. This motion is made pursuant to ldaho PUC
Rule 68.
Upon further review, the Company is in agreernent with the customers of the utility
that the requested rate is too large. It could be possible that given the growth in the
community, some if not all of the reasons for the original request, notably the drilling of a
new well, or wells, and providing for futr,re repairs, might be able to be paid for by future
growth in the customer base. This potential will be further analyzed as the year progresses.
In addition, the Company will review all of our operational areas to see if there are
opportunities to streamline or find efficiencies or cost savings that could be beneficial for all
concerned in the long term.

This case, although considered for a number of years, was likely premature in that the
revenue impact of future growth over multiple years was not fully analyzed. Nor was the
potential that leak or capital repairs could stabilize or reduce as we develop better systems of
identifi cation and control.
The Company believes it is best to maintain the current rate structure and re-evaluate
the requirement for a rate change or structure at a later date.
The Company, therefore ask the Commission to withdraw Case No. TTS-W-02.
