MOTION FOR REVISED ORDER
The Teton Water and Sewer Company, hereafter referred to as the “Company”,
hereby move the Commission to revise its Order No. 35382.
In part, the Order states, “It is Further Ordered that the Company must seek recovery
of expenses not covered by its Emergency Fund through the Company’s 2022 general rate
case (Case No. TTS-W-22-02).
As the Company has withdrawn Case No. TTS-W-22-02, the Company moves that
the current language in Order No. 35382 be revised to read, “It is Further Ordered that the
Company must seek recovery of expenses not covered by its Emergency Fund through the
Company’s next general rate case.
