SUBJECT: TETON WATER & SEWER COMPANY, LLC, REQUEST TO ADD
THIRD WELL; CASE NO. TTS-W-17-01.
On October 10, 2017, Teton Water & Sewer Company submitted a one-page letter
requesting the Commission to review and approve of a proposal to add a third well to its system
for the purpose of system redundancy, and also approve recovery of expenses related to the
project. No timeline for review of the project was submitted. The Company also requested that
this matter be processed by Modified Procedure.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends that processing this matter by Modified Procedure is appropriate.
Staff recommends that the Commission issue a Notice of Application, setting a 2l-day deadline
for petitions to intervene, after which Staff would confer with the parties about further
scheduling, discovery, and other matters that may arise. Staff will report a proposed schedule to
the Commission for approval once it is developed.
