Teton Springs proposes an assessment of about $85 per multi-family and residential customer and higher assessments for a small number of commercial customers.  In a previous rate case, the commission allowed Teton Springs to establish an Emergency Reserve Fund for large-scale capital repairs and replacement projects that fall outside the scope of regular operations and maintenance.  Commission staff is reviewing the company’s application and will submit its own proposal by Jan. 18.  The commission is taking comments from customers through Jan. 17.  Comments are accepted via e-mail by accessing the commission’s homepage at http://www.puc.idaho.gov/www.puc.idaho.gov and clicking on "Comments & Questions About a Case." Fill in the case number (TTS-W-11-01) and enter your comments. Comments can also be mailed to P.O. Box 83720, Boise, ID 83720-0074 or faxed to (208) 334-3762.
