COMPANY TARIFF; CASE NO. TTS-08-
As part ofthe Idaho Public Utilities Commission Order No. 30718 issued on January 21
2009, the Commission directed Teton Springs Water and Sewer Company (Teton Springs) to file
a conforming and consolidated tariff setting forth the Commission-approved recurring rates and
non-recurring charges and fees. The Commission also issued Order No. 30736 on February 27
2009 clarifying Order No. 30718 regarding the applicable rate to be charged tenants of multi-
family units. The rates and charges authorized by Order No. 30718 became effective for service
rendered on or after February 2009.
On June 29, 2009, the Company filed a compliance tariff and rules and regulations. Staff
reviewed the tariff to ensure that the language and rates reflect Commission directives as stated
in Order No. 30718 and the clarifying Order No. 30736. Staff confirms that the language and
rates comport with Commission Order Nos. 30718 and 30736. Staff prepared and provided the
Company an electronic copy of the tariff ready for signature on February 2009; Teton
Springs submitted the tariff to the Commission on June 29 2009. The tariff includes Rate
Schedule No.Rate Schedule lA, Rate Schedule No.2 - Non-Recurring Fees and Charges, and
General Rules and Regulations for Teton Springs Water and Sewer Company.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends approval of the tariff.
