I received information on a hearing regarding Teton Springs Water and Sewer being held on Nov
7th at which they make the argument that unimproved lots should pay water fees for water that
they won' t be using. I own lot 12 - 5 and I am opposed to this abuse.

I own unimproved lot 12 -13 at Teton Springs. I understand now that Teton Springs Water and
Sewer is attempting to charge a fee for water services on unimproved lots. They somehow have
j usti fied charging us for sewer fees for services that we don' t receive J and I against any
further charges for services that they do not render. I know of no other situation where I
am charged for services that I do not benefit from.

I own an unimproved lot in Teton Springs. I understand that a public hearing will be
occuring on Nov 7th. Amongst items up for discussion is whether or not unimproved lots can be
charged a water fee - even though water is not available to them, and no water is being used.
We do not support paying for a service that we don i t have the benefit of or access to.
