COMES NOW Teton Springs Water and Sewer Company LLC ("Teton Springs") and the
Staff of the Idaho Public Utilties Commssion ("Sta') and stipulate and agree that the
Commission may enter its Order Clarfying Order No. 30718 as follows, to wit:
1. Order No. 30718 established rates that may be charged by Teton Springs to its retail
customers as set forth in Schedule D attched to the Order.
2. In the opinion of Teton Springs, Schedule D creates an ambiguty as to the rate to be
charged to individua dwellng units located within multiple family dwellng strctues.
3. Both the Staff and Teton Springs believe the applicable rate for such customers is the rate
for 1" residential service.
4. There are no other paries to case who would need to be consulted regarding ths
Stipulation.
STIPULATION FOR CLARIFICATION OF ORDER NO. 30718-1
WHEREFORE the Paries respectfuly request that the Commission enter its order clarfying
Order No. 30718 as set forth above.
