Troy Hoffman Water didn't file a reply to Staff's Comments. lf Troy Hoffman concurs with those comments, would you
mind sending a short email to Commission Secretary Jean Jewell (with a cc to me) letter the Commission know that the
Company concurs with Staff's recommendations? The transcript of the public hearing was filed on Wednesday (no public
witnesses appeared, so the Commission just noted that fact and closed the record), and l'd like to try to have the
Commissioners deliberate on the matter as soon as possible (Monday). The company's concurrence with Staff s
comments would facilitate that and the issuance of an order. Ms. Jewel's e-mail address is:
