i think the rate increase they are seeking is absurd. a 142% increase when people are out of
a job and some are retired. working people are not getting raises J shorter work weeks. we are
all having to cut back and make changes in order to survive. i think people should make a
profit but this is absurd. hopefully you will decline this large of an increase as a lot of
people don't get a 142% increase in wages maybe in a life time. thank you Ron Saterfiel
