Dear Sirs, We received a letter from Hoffman Water a couple months ago stating that this
purchase by Dalton Square LLC had already taken place. Also, coincidentaly, our water
pressure has been about half its normal amount for the past two months, and has not improved,
we have owned this home for 18 years this May of 2010 and have never had water pressure

As a 12 year resident of 5000 N Ezy Street in Coeur d i Alene (1992-2004), we were served by
Troy Hoffman Water Corp. Ron Stadley was the water master for the last 4-5 years we lived
there and did an axcellent job of maintaining the system and meeting user i s needs. He is a
great businessman and a man of good character as well. I encourage you to approve of his
purchase of Troy Hoffman Water Corp.
