Dear Customer of Troy Hoffman Water Corp.,
An Application has been fied with the Idaho Public Utilties Commission for approval of
the sale of the Troy Hoffman Water Corp to Dalton Square, LLC. Dalton Square, LLC is
owned by Ron Stadley and Ken Muren. Mr. Stadley has overseen the daily operation
and maintenance of the water system since 1995. He along with Mr. Muren wil
continue to oversee the daily operations and maintenance.
The Application is on fie with the Idaho Public Utilties Commission. You may read the
application on their website (puc.state.id.us) or at their offices at 472 W Washington
Street in Boise. A copy is also available for your review at 710 W Dalton Ave, Suite J in
Coeur d Alene. Please call ahead (208-664-9858) to make sure someone is there.
The Idaho Public Utilties Commission wil accept written comments on the Application.

On a separate note, we want to make you aware that in the spring we will have two young
men, Jake Stadley and Alex Muren, reading the water meters.
Also, after the first of the year we wil send out a letter regarding backflow prevention
and other safety measures to ensure the quality and safety of the water system.
