FOR A CERTIFICATE OF CONVENIENCE
AND NECESSITY PURSUANT TO IDAHO
CODE , SECTION 61-526
IT IS HEREBY CERTIFIED that the Public Convenience and
Necessity requires and will require the Troy Hoffman Water Corpor-
ation, its successors and ass igns , to hold, construct and other-
wise acquire , and to maintain and operate a water system in and
supply water to that certain territory in the vicinity of the City
of Coeur d' Alene , Kootenai County, Idaho , described as follows:
SE/4 Section 36, T5lN, R4W , B .M. and all of
Block 1 Gardendale Acre Tracts , lying east of
Hayden Lake Electric right-of -way in N/ 2NE/ 4
Sec. 1 , T50N , R4W , B ., excluding Highwood
Park and Highwood First Addition , both being
part of Gardendale Acres Block
and for such purpose to own , hold construct or otherwise acquire
and to maintain and operate within said territories , water wells
reservoirs , tanks , towers , standpipes , collectors , settling basins
galleries and other works and structures , and also to lay, take up,
repair , replace , renew , extend , alter , maintain and operate water
mains , pipes , conduits , aqueducts , hydrants , and other appliances
equipment and facilities in , upon , over , under , along, through , and
across all streets , avenues , alleys , streams , highways , roads , and
other public places in said territory as the same now exists , laid
out or established and to exercise the rights and privileges granted
which may hereafter be granted the Troy Hoffman Water Corporation
its successors or assigns , by any franchise conferred by said ter-
ritory and areas , or any part thereof , or by the State of Idaho
or by any political subdivision thereof.
THIS CERTIFICATE is predicated upon and issued pursuant
to the findings and provisions of Order No. 12923, issued January
1977.
