Barbara Child, being first duly sworn upon oath, deposes and states:
I make this affidavit based up on my own personal knowledge.
I am the sole shareholder of the corporation known as the Terra Grande Water
Company in south Boise, Ada County, said Company is incorporated under the laws of the State
of Idaho.
Up to the date of the filing of this Affidavit seven (7) disconnections and seven
(7) subsequent reconnections have been performed on the water system at a cost to the Company
of $65.00 for each reconnection as shown by the invoices attached as Exhibit A.
Without recovery of the actual costs of the reconnection service performed, Terra
Grande will suffer financial hardship and its ability to use disconnection as a collection tool will
be rendered virtually useless.
