COMES NOW, Terra Grande Water (the "Company" or "Terra Grande ) and makes this
filing to provide the Commission with additional information concerning the Company s request
for approval of Tariff No. 3 which contains Terra Grande s proposed reconnection fees.
Attached as Exhibit A, is a description of the costs involved in the reconnection of service for
Terra Grande, as provided by David Chester, a licensed plumber responsible for service on the
Terra Grande Water system. These costs are based upon his experience in the industry and the
labor and time involved in performing any reconnections to the system.
WHEREFORE, Terra Grande respectfully requests of the Commission:
That its proposed Tariff Schedule No.3 be approved as submitted.

To Whom It May Concern:
Connecting or reconnecting a water service requires a setVice call.
A service call is $65.00 minimum which is up to one hour including travel time. This is for a
can between the hours of 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. All after hours work is charged at $97.50 anhour.
